The nose is elegant, fine, racy and offers a small delicacy as well as a fine complexity. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of quince, yellow apple and small notes of fresh walnuts associated with fine touches of dried orange, dried mango as well as hints of white flowers and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of gray pepper (in the background). The mouth is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, very slightly tight and offers dynamism, straightness, a racy minerality, a fresh / acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandise are well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / juicy quince, crushed yellow apple and small notes of kumquat associated with fine touches of white flowers / peach blossoms, hints of fresh walnut, a very discreet hint of butter as well as an imperceptible hint of fresh hazelnut and oak. Good length. There is an imperceptible saline hint on the persistence.
