It reveals notes of quince, fresh lemon and small notes of fresh yellow apple associated with fine touches of fresh peach as well as fine hints of exotic fruits, fresh flowers, racy minerality / flint, a very discreet hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of brioche. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, elegant, precise and offers a beautiful definition, an acidulous frame as well as a beautiful gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, fresh / juicy white fruit (apple, pear) and small notes of dried peach associated with touches of flowers, fine touches of flint and slight hints of fresh almond, spices, a discreet hint of brioche and a very discreet almost saline hint (in the background). Beautiful persistence. A very discreet firmness on the finish / persistence.
