The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a fine grain as well as a fine minerality. It reveals notes of juicy lemon / lime, quince and small notes of juicy yellow apple associated with a touch of pear, slight hints of small yellow fruits as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg/spices and an imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous / juicy frame, a fine intensity, a beautiful definition, a beautiful matter as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / ripe quince, crushed yellow peach and small notes of juicy lemon associated with fine touches of fresh flowers, dried green apple, a hint of dried mirabelle plum, racy minerality, dried almond, beeswax as well as an imperceptible hint of star anise and caramelization. Good length.
