On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / ripe quince, crushed yellow peach and small notes of juicy lemon associated with fine touches of fresh flowers, dried green apple, a hint of dried mirabelle plum, racy minerality, dried almond, beeswax as well as an imperceptible hint of star anise and caramelization. Good length.
