The nose is fruity, racy and offers fleshiness, a beautiful ripe/fleshy fruit, elegance as well as a very fine power. It reveals notes of fleshy black cherries, fleshy black cherry and small notes of plum associated with touches of fleshy strawberry, hints of chocolate/mocha, toasted as well as a hint of black pepper, cornflower, very discreet hints of black tea and an imperceptible hint of Bourbon vanilla. The palate is mineral, fruity, well-balanced, precise, net and offers a beautiful aromatic precision, structure as well as power (full of elegance). On the palate this wine expresses notes of violet plum, blackberry and small notes of wild berries associated with touches of ripe/acidulous redcurrant, cornflower, discreet hints of tonka bean, toasted as well as an imperceptible hint of graphite and vanilla. Tannins are fine, elegant, very discreetly firm and precise. There is a discreet hint of chocolate on the persistence. A beautiful wine! (2023+)
