Domaine Fabien Coche – Rouge 2018 – Meursault

The nose is fresh and offers power, a fine grain as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, fresh red berries and small notes of Cuben pepper, lilac/violet associated with fine hints of tea, nutmeg and mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame as well as gourmandize. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy/juicy red cherry, red berries and small notes of violet associated with touches of plum, liquorice stick, slight hints of nutmeg, mild tobacco as well as an imperceptible hint of spices and chocolate. Tannins are well-built and elegant.
