The wine has a bright pale ruby color. At first, the nose expresses a touch of roasted red cherry, which is then complemented by tangy aromas of red cherry, raspberry, fresh strawberry and blackberry. There are also notes of crushed mint, liquorice, nutmeg and blackcurrant leaf in the background, combined with a subtle floral touch (rose, violet) and toasted hazelnut. The palate is a little tight on the attack, but in the middle of the mouth, it develops gourmet fruity notes (morello cherry, red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry), a hint of bitterness of coffee and toasted almond, a herbaceous hint (blackcurrant leaf in the background, dried mint) and a hint of violet. The finish is quite persistent and expresses the good bitterness of bird cherry and a salivating acidity that envelops the tannins.
