The nose is fruity and offers a small gourmandize as well as a small intensity. It reveals notes of wild cassis, wild blackberry, small notes of small wild berries associated with touches of griotte, cherry blossom, grey pepper as well as a very discreet hint of garrigue. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, a good definition, suavity, a certain aromatic purity, freshness as well as concentration (full of finesse). On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, crushed blackberry, small notes of crushed wild strawberry associated with touches of blueberry, violet, lilac, chocolate, toasted hazelnut as well as hints of racy minerality and local garrigue (laurel…). Tannins are precise and well-built. Good length and good persistence.
