The nose is intense, slightly herbaceous, revealing notes of nettle, green peas, green apples, white flowers, honeysuckle and a touch of white pepper and dried herbs. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a lot of vegetal notes, some asparagus, fresh cut grass and fresh herbs. The acidity is vibrant and the finish is on a green side as well.
