The nose is precise and offers delicacy as well as intensity (well controlled). It reveals notes of dried kumquat, quince and small notes of orange mesocarp associated with small touches of racy minerality, lychee, dried apple as well as a hint of cider and a very discreet hint of spices. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers precision, a fine straightness, a small fat as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh plum, juicy / fresh apple and small notes of juicy quince associated with touches of cider, lemon as well as fine hints of yellow flowers, sweet spices and an imperceptible almost buttery tip (in the background).
