The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a small suavity, a fine aromatic power as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince and small notes of Mirabelle plum, William pear associated with a fine touch of kumquat as well as discreet hints of bee wax, toasted and a very discreet hint of dry fruit/almond.
