The wine has a very nice light raspberry rose petal color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is fruity with peach but also nectarine. We have a creamy aspect and some citrus fruits like pomelo. The second nose is on the same fruity frame. The attack is fresh and tangy. We find the same elements as the nose: peach, apricot but also lychee, fine notes of rose and pomelo. The mid-palate has some texture and is supported by acidity. The finish is on small crunchy red fruit such as currant and crushed raspberry. At the end of the tasting, there is an imperceptible note of thyme.
