On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh yellow apple, fleshy/juicy pear, small notes of quince associated with small touches of racy minerality, lemon zests as well as subtle hints of juicy mandarine, mandarine seeds as well as very fine hints of mandarine flowers, silex and a subtle hint of dry almond. Good length. A beautiful persistence.
