Domaine du Petit Pérou, Petit Pérou Pisse-Vieille 2023 – Brouilly

The wine has a pale ruby color. On the nose, we find the purity of fruit, lightness and an airiness in gourmet aromas of red cherry, juicy strawberry, crushed raspberry and fresh red currant, associated with a spicy touch of white pepper and a hint of violet. The palate is fluid and light (in a good way), fruity and juicy, practically without tannins and with a juicy and round attack. It expresses notes of crunchy strawberry, raspberry, fresh red currant and red cherry, with a touch of white pepper and violet in the background. The finish is moderately persistent, with gourmand notes of red fruits and supple acidity.
