It reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, violet, small notes of crunchy/juicy violet plum associated with touches of small fleshy berries as well as hints of liquorice stick, cherry blossom, very fine hints of spices, laurel berries, a racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine tension as well as precision, a fine fat and a small suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy black cherry, small black berries, small notes of crunchy/juicy violet plum associated with touches of small fleshy/juicy red berries as well as hints of violet, cherry blossom, a racy minerality, very fine hints of sense of the place/laurel berries and very discreet hints of chocolate (in the background).
