The nose is racy and offers concentration and a small freshness. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, bigarreau cherry, small notes of crushed plum associated with touches of black pepper, Badiane, strawberry, hints of fresh tobacco as well as small hints of fresh local grove, fresh sage and white pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, gourmandize, a certain delicacy, a small flattery side, ampleness, minerality, a bright fruit as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/creamy black cherry, bright violet plum, small notes of violet, blueberry, juicy/fresh strawberry associated with touches of strawberry flowers, fresh flowers, hints of dark chocolate/cocoa, toasted/caramelization as well as fine hints of black olive and sweet spices. Tannins are elegant. This wine should be decanted.
