Domaine du Mortier, Les Sables 2022 – Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil

The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is discreet, essentially fruity and slightly floral. It expresses notes of fresh strawberry, raspberry, red currant, red cherry and crushed blueberry, combined with a touch of violet and dried cornflower. On the palate, the wine is supple, airy, full of finesse and lightness. The tannins are very fine and practically imperceptible. We find flavors of raspberry, fresh strawberry, red cherry, red currant, violet and a touch of rose petals. Beautiful crunchy and refreshing acidity. Good persistence with a very slight bitterness. A pleasant, delicious and easy to drink wine.
