(Organic) The wine shows a pale ruby colour with a purple hue. The nose is intense and floral, very vivid and juicy, revealing nuances of violets, red cherries, a touch of blueberries and black raspberries, a hint of liquorice. The palate is juicy and succulent, with elevated, crunchy acidity, good freshness, delicate tannins and nice sapidity. The wine is light on its feet, aerial and accessible. Notes of juicy red and black berries interlace harmoniously with nuances of pungent spices, black pepper and cloves. Vibrant finish and good length. Glou-glou!
