The wine has a beautiful, bright, pale cherry color. The initial nose is discreet but aromatic with notes of vanilla, toast, and fruits such as morello cherry and blue plum. There is a nice minty freshness. The second nose opens with notes of fresh blueberry and a certain racy minerality. The palate is fresh, tangy on the attack with notes of juicy cherry, blackberry, blue plum, and crisp blueberry. There is still the minerality with a hint of salt that continues with the tannins present and gripping until the finish. The end of the tasting is fresh, peppery, and fruity with beautiful notes of blue plum, juicy morello cherry, and pulpy blueberry with a touch of vanilla and toast.
