The wine has a beautiful bright cherry color. The first nose is aromatic, powerful with a gourmandize of fresh black and red fruits. There are notes of juicy cherry, blackberry, and wild strawberry with hints of pepper. There is an imperceptible touch of toast in the background. The second nose opens with more finesse on fresh black cherry/juicy compote. There is also a slight racy minerality with a certain sense of place. The palate is fresh, tangy from the start with a beautiful juicy note of morello cherry and wild strawberry. The tannins are supple, saline with a gourmet touch of violet and vanilla on the finish. The finish is minty and long with cherry but also plum and juicy blueberry.
