The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is aromatic, pure and concentrated. It expresses notes of ripe stone fruits (juicy yellow peach, ripe apricot), subtle hints of exotic fruits (green mango) and yellow melon, associated with floral notes (acacia, lime blossom), tangy notes of fresh lemon, of grapefruit zest, candied lime and a very slight sweetness of acacia honey and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is precise and lively. It expresses notes of lime, yellow lemon, green pear, candied lemon zest, a delicate touch of mango, a mineral hint (chalk) and subtle floral notes (acacia, lime blossom). Nice structure in the mouth: the wine is quite complex and tasty, but elegant and fresh, thanks to high acidity. The finish is persistent, tangy and slightly bitter.
