The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of strawberry, cherry, rose associated with touches of violet, cherry blossom as well as hints of small wild fruits, fresh nutmeg, rose wood and a hint of grey pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, roundness, a certain deepness as well as a small suavity, a certain precision and a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/juicy cherry, cherry blossom, fresh violet, small notes of crunchy strawberry associated with small touches of fresh blackberry, juicy/Fresh cassis as well as discreet hints of laurel, sweet spices, nutmeg, a subtle hint of racy minerality and liquorice. Tannins are very finely firm.
