The wine has a limpid and shiny colour that tends towards slightly sustained rose gold. The first nose is discreet but aromatic with citrus notes such as lemon blossom and lemon zest. We also perceive apricot. The second nose is more aromatic and lets stone fruits like apricot and yellow peach express themselves more easily. There are some discreet notes of strawberry Charlotte. The mouth is fresh with jasmine from the attack. The acidity is measured and we perceive a little bitterness in the middle of the mouth reminiscent of green fig and licorice stick.
