Domaine du Château D’Etroyes – La Chatalienne 2018 – Rully

The nose is aromatic and offers a very fine concentration. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of small wild fruits, sweet spices, small notes of toasted associated with a touch of quince, a racy minerality and a very discreet hint of clove. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers fat, a small suavity, a fine acidulous frame, juiciness as well as a small roundness/fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, pulpy/juicy yellow fruits, small notes of yellow peach associated with small touches of spices, a racy minerality and a subtle hint of clove (in the background).
