Domaine du Château de Meursault – Toussaints 2019 – Beaune Premier Cru

The nose is fruity, racy and offers certain racy minerality marked by its terroir. It reveals notes of bright blue fruits and slight hint of purple plum associated with violet, strawberry as well as hint of zan, laurel / bay laurel, as well as hint of camphor, nutmeg/spices. The mouth is fruity, fresh, delicate, melodious and offers small fat, liveliness as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. The wine expresses notes of bright small black currants, fresh/crunchy blackberry, raspberry associated the purple plum, bright small red currants, licorice, zan, bay laurel, racy minerality, nutmeg as well as tonka beans and subtle hint of toasted/grilled almond. Tannins are precise, supple and suaves. Good Length.
