It reveals notes of small wild yellow fruits, kumquat, small notes of pulpy lychee associated with fine touches of fleshy green apple, apple flowers as well as fine hints of racy minerality, flint and an imperceptible hint of spices/toasted (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a fine finely tight richness as well as fat, a fine tension and dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe kumquat, juicy lychee, small notes of rose associated with small touches of peach flowers, citrus as well as fine hints of racy minerality, flint and an imperceptible hint of bee wax. Good length. A very discreet hint of bitterness/varietal on the finish/persistence.
