The palate is fruity, elegant, suave, delicate, precise and offers fat, roundness in finesse, subtlety, a beautiful definition, an acidulous frame, a certain tension / straightness, aromatic purity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain (a powerful grain). On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright strawberry, crushed cherry and small notes of bright cassis associated with touches of small fresh / juicy plum, violet, lilac, hints of racy minerality, cardamom, blond tobacco, gray pepper as well as fine hints of toasted almonds and a sense of place / bay laurel.
