The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers freshness and a small concentration. It reveals notes of fleshy/ripe yellow apple, fleshy/juicy quince, small notes of juicy/fresh Mirabelle associated with small touches of bee wax, apple and yellow flowers. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, precision and a beautiful guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy quince, juicy Mirabelle, small notes of crunchy/juicy yellow peach associated with small touches of green apple as well as a hint of racy minerality. Good length. A very fine hint of brioche on the persistence/aftertaste.
