The nose is mineral, racy, well-built and offers elegance. It reveals notes of quince, lemon ripe and small notes of peach associated with a touch of kumquat, zest as well as hints of flowers, a discreet toasted hint, butter and an imperceptible touch of pepper (background). The palate is fruity, very well-balanced and offers a beautiful delicacy, a beautiful elegance, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful mineral frame, a fine acidity (in the background), fat, roundness as well as an aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of pear associated with fine touches of citrus (lemon, kumquat), flowers, quenette / lychee as well as hints of butter, vanilla blossom as well as a very discreet toasted hint and toasted almonds.
