Nice elegant nose, complete, complex, a bit floral and offers certain deepness. It reveals notes of blackcurrant, cornflower, and more slightly – mocha associated with touches of pulpy blue berries, bright cherry as well as slight hints of camphor, gray pepper, a very discreet hint almost smoky and with an imperceptible hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a mineral structure, elegance, gourmandize, freshness, acidity and a fine crunch. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright blackcurrant, and more slightly – hints of cornflower associated with touches of bright raspberry, hints of violet, pepper as well as slight hints of camphor, and cardamom, with a subtle hint of toasted almond and liquorice. A wine all in gourmandize, delicacy and which offers acidity/juiciness. Congratulation !
