The nose is beautifully developed, well-built and offers a right intensity, power in delicacy, energy, freshness/minerality as well as beautiful quality of the fruit. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis bright black plum associated with touches of licorice, redcurrant, tonka beans, fine hint of bay laurel, sweet spices and a subtle hint of vanilla. The mouth is beautifully mineral, delicate and offers a beautiful intensity in finesse, purity of the fruit, brightness, gourmandize, a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful freshness, melodious, a small richness as well as discreetly tight matter. The wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, creamy cherries and small notes of bright blackberry associated with hint of crushed strawberry, chocolate, nutmeg, sweet blond tobacco as well as the hint of Bourbon vanilla and an imperceptible hint of laurel berries. Tannins are precise, elegant and supple.
