The nose is aromatic, elegant, slightly concentrated, racy and complex. It reveals notes of plum, crushed cassid and strawberry combined with slight touches of crushed raspberry, crushed blueberry, Sichuan pepper, vanilla, chocolate, toasted touches as well as an imperceptible touch of racy minerality, hazelnut and violet / lilac (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, silky, voluminous, ample, elegant, gourmande, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful fineness /straightness, a nice guideline, suavity as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of plum, boysenberry and slight touches of wild strawberry, redcurrant combined with subtle hints of flowers, toasted touches, almond, tonka bean / chocolate as well as subtle touches of sweet spices / vanilla. Good length and very beautiful persistence. The aftertaste is slightly powerful. An outstanding wine!
