The nose is racy and offers richness, delicateness, a fine creaminess in freshness as well as beautiful grain. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, creamy raspberry and slight hint of pulpy plum associated with violet, cornflower, and crushed redcurrant, a delicate hint of licorice, cherry blossom, hint of zan, cardamon, as well as discreet hint of bergamot and chocolate. The mouth is fresh, mineral, full of precision/delicateness, well- balanced and offers power and juiciness, straightness, elegance, tension as well as an aerial side. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, creamy cassis and slight hint of crushed red currants associated with touches of pulpy strawberry, bright plum and a discreet hint of graphite. A beautiful bitterness especially on the finish. Presence of a very discreet almost grilled on the finish / persistence.
