On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy/fleshy Mirabelle, small notes of juicy/fresh yellow peach associated with small touches of fresh/juicy apple as well as very discreet hints of yellow flowers/honeysuckle and hazelnut. A very discreet hint of toasted almond on the persistence.
