The nose is mineral, fresh, elegant, racy as well as “clear”. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, ripe white peach and small notes of lychee, white flowers associated with fine touches of quince, zests, a hint of flint as well as a very discreet hint of toasted oak and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, finesse as well as subtility. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh quince, ripe/fresh peach and small notes of apple associated with touches of white flowers, lemon flowers as well as hints of pink lychee and caviar lemon zests. Good length.
