The nose is elegant, racy and offers an airy, buttery quality as well as a fine, tight grain. There are notes of quince, fresh mango and, to a lesser extent, peach, combined with hints of gunflint, sense of place (local biotop), as well as fine hints of fresh lychee, lilac and discrete buttery notes. The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, minerality, freshness, good definition, a nice acidic structure, energy, precision, precision and a little tension. On the palate this wine expresses juicy, sour quince, lemon and slightly crunchy nectarine notes combined with hints of fresh mango, fresh pear as well as hints of lychee, butter, fresh hazelnut and a discreet touch of beeswax. Good minerality.
