The palate is fruity and delicate, offering freshness, minerality, a juicy/acidic structure, good definition, some volume, a fine suavity, accuracy, elegance, good definition and a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of tart, juicy quince, tart, juicy white peach and more slightly bright apple combined with fine hints of lemon blossom, mesocarp as well as a discreet hint of crisp mirabelle plum, a discreet hint of quenette and delicate hints of white flowers and acacia. Good length.
