The nose is fruity and offers intensity and a small power. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, pulpy blackberry, small notes of pink pepper associated with small touches of fleshy plum, crunchy strawberry as well as fine hints of salinity. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers precision, delicacy and a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, pulpy/juicy blackberry, small notes of violet plum associated with fine touches of raspberry/strawberry as well as a subtle hint of cherry, liquorice and toasted. Good length. Tannins are well-built and very finely marked.
