The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is lively and chiselled and expresses pronounced lemony and herbaceous notes, as well as a racy minerality. We find the aromas of lemon, lemon zest, lime, green apple, a touch of cucumber and cut grass (which brings freshness and not a herbaceous side), associated with a limestone touch. On the palate, the wine is fresh and straight. It expresses notes of lemon, lemon zest, lime, green apple, as well as a distinguished minerality, more present on the palate than on the nose (notes of limestone rock, even chalk). The finish is quite persistent, fresh and tangy. We find a lively acidity, expressive citrus notes (grapefruit, lemon zest), a salivating acidity and a good bitterness. A straight and lively wine.
