The nose is spicy. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, crunchy wild strawberry and small notes of Sichuan pepper associated with fine hints of nutmeg and toasted. The palate is fruity, mineral (beautiful racy minerality), well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, an acidulous frame, precision, straightness, suavity, a small fat, energy as well as a fine concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy cherry and crunchy wild blackberry associated with small notes of crunchy wild red berries, wild strawberry as well as fine hints of pepper, varietals/flowers (lily, violet) and discreet hints of liquorice. Tannins are fine and well-built. There is a very discreet hint of chocolate and almond on the persistence (bring gourmandize).
