The wine shows a pale ruby colour with a touch of garnet and brightening rim. The nose is restrained, mineral and spicy, revealing notes of pencil shavings, earthy nuances, a touch of peonies and forest floor. The palate is juicy and vivid, offering a lot of freshness, elegance and delicatesse. Notes of crunchy sour cherries and cranberries are combined with nuances of green pepper, a mint of mint and black currant leaf, a touch of balsamic. The tannins are drying but polished. Succulent finish, good length.
