Domaine des Peirecèdes 2019 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity, finely tight, elegant and offers a fine power/intensity. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, pink grapefruit, small notes of fleshy/pulpy vine peach associated with fine touches of pear, apple flowers, discreet hints of quince, dry lemon and an imperceptible hint of sage (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small fat as well as suavity, finesse, purity of the fruit, a fine grain and a very fine aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry, fresh cassis, nectarine, small notes of lemon flowers associated with small touches of citrus (grapefruit, mandarine) as well as a discreet hint of zests and an imperceptible hint of verbena/sage. Good length.
