The nose offers slight notes of blackberry, cassis and slight hints of black cherry associated with a hint of small berries as well as touches of spices (cardamom, tea) and licorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, silky and offers a slight freshness, harmony and a slight tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy cassis and slight notes of Quetsche plum associated with a hint of toasted and spices/cardamom. Tannins are fine, tight and very slightly firm/young.
