Domaine des Marrans 2015 – Fleurie

The nose is fruity, aromatic, gourmand as well as relatively fine. It reveals notes of crushed blueberry, cassis jam and slight notes of crushed wild strawberry associated with hints of chocolate, sweet spices as well as a subtle hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, fat, well-balanced, slightly aerial and offers a slight mineral frame, a slight acidity, a slight roundness, suavity, gourmandise as well as a a slight deepness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, juicy cassis and slight notes of crushed blueberry associated with discreet toasted hints, sweet spices as well as an imperceptible hint of violet. Good length. There is an imperceptible hint of caramelization on the finish and a subtle hint of chocolate on the aftertaste.
