The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, racy, very slightly tight and offers a good definition, a beautiful structure, a small juiciness, a good volume, precision, straightness, a good finesse as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy brugnon, apple and small notes of fleshy vine peach associated with fine touches of citrus (lemon, mandarin), quince as well as a very discreet hint of ripe grapefruit, litchi and an imperceptible toasted hint / butter.
