Domaine des Malandes – Côte de léchet 2015 – Chablis Premier Cru

The nose is fine, elegant, racy, very discreetly tight and offers a small fleshiness, a fine intensity as well as a beautiful grain / texture. It reveals notes of crushed apple, fleshy pear and small notes of nectarine associated with touches of racy minerality, juicy lemon as well as an imperceptible touch of mandarin, fresh quince and almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, racy, very slightly tight and offers a good definition, a beautiful structure, a small juiciness, a good volume, precision, straightness, a good finesse as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy brugnon, apple and small notes of fleshy vine peach associated with fine touches of citrus (lemon, mandarin), quince as well as a very discreet hint of ripe grapefruit, litchi and an imperceptible toasted hint / butter.
