The nose is fresh, aromatic and toasted, almost smoky. There is a lovely gourmandise in the austerity of this wine. The palate is fresh, sparkling on the attack. There are notes of passion fruit with a certain tension and a little astringency on the finish. It remains dynamic thanks to the acidity of the attack.
