The nose is fresh and fruity with a hint of umami. There is a little darkness. It’s tight, almost closed and a little patience is required. Little by little, notes of plum and cherry appear. Without forgetting a touch of fresh vanilla. We also perceive menthol and cocoa. The nose is round and needs air. The palate is fresh with a nice acidity thanks in particular to notes of small, tangy and crunchy red fruits mixed with small black wild fruits such as blackcurrant, blackberry and even blueberry. The tannins are present, persistent. The finish is long, delicate in its power on cherry and blackberry skin. Exceptional wine
