The nose is fresh and fruity with a hint of umami. There is a little darkness. It’s tight, almost closed and a little patience is required. Little by little, notes of plum and cherry appear. Without forgetting a touch of fresh vanilla. We also perceive menthol and cocoa. The nose is round and needs air. The palate is fresh with a nice acidity thanks in particular to notes of small, tangy and crunchy red fruits mixed with small black wild fruits such as blackcurrant, blackberry and even blueberry.
