The nose is elegant, delicate, velvety and offers precision, a beautiful fine grain, a certain intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry, pulpy cherries and small notes of crushed wild small redvcurrants as well as hint of zan, spices, a discreet hint of clove, and a subtle hint of pepper (in the background). The mouth is beautifully fresh /juicy, elegant, mineral and offers a beautiful velvetiness, a certain level of richness and a good definition. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/ crushed cherries, small red currants and small notes of plum, violet associated with touches of pistil of lily, mild spices, sense of the place and a subtle hint of toasted almond. Good length and persistence.
