On the nose, fruity, aromatic and offers refined power. It reveals notes of small wild black berries, blackberry and subtle notes of clove associated with small touches of wild raspberry, lily and hints of Cuban pepper. On the palate, fruity and offers smoothness, juiciness, some freshness, minerality, a fine tension, fatness, a certain roundness, a certain sweetness/delicacy and some airiness that is well-balanced. The wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy blackcurrant and subtle tones of violet associated with touches of wild raspberry, small fleshy red berries as well as hints of tonka bean, chocolate, toasted almond and a waft of flowers/bergamot. Good length.
