The nose is powerful, aromatic, racy and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of quince, Williams pear and crushed brugnon associated with hints of yellow peach skin, wood and spicy notes as well as a very discreet hint of nutmeg (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, finely fat and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine suavity, tension, a fine straightness and softness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, jammy lemon and small notes of crushed pear associated with fine touches of lychee, flint as well as a discreet hint of mandarin zest and almond. Good length.
