The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers concentration, pronounced aromas as well as a racy minerality. It expresses notes of grapefruit, gooseberry, passion fruit, as well as lime jam, yellow lemon and precise aromas, limestone and iodine. After aeration, we also find notes of white flowers (acacia, dried lime, chamomile, hawthorn), as well as gourmet aromas of juicy yellow peach and apricot. The palate is chiseled and tangy. In the attack, we find notes of citrus (grapefruit, lemon, lime), red currant, mackerel, passion fruit, as well as a herbaceous touch of blackcurrant leaf. In the mid-palate, the wine offers notes of tangy apricot, white peach, white flowers (acacia, fresh lime, chamomile), as well as a touch of yellow plum, green apple and a hint of spice (nutmeg, saffron). The finish is fresh, mineral and tangy. The wine persisted with notes of limestone and lemon.
